Location is perfect for visiting Universal, and the breakfast has fun Mickey Mouse waffles. The breakfast area gets crowded and seating is limited. a decent place for families, but be prepared for some wait times in the morning.

The outdoor swimming pool was a total splash-tastic vibe! I loved soaking up the sun on the spacious sun terrace. Every moment was filled with laughter and joy, making it a perfect getaway!

Location is prime, just minutes from Universal. Room cleanliness was lacking; we found a cockroach. Breakfast had fun Mickey Mouse waffles, but limited options. Also, no elevator makes it hard with luggage on upper floors.

Wonderful stay, wonderful experience with clean rooms that had comfortable beds and a great shower pressure that made my mornings refreshing.

Rooms are spacious with comfy beds, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Lots of parking space and easy access to shops and attractions nearby.

The room had a decent size, offering ample space to move around. the cleanliness was concerning; I found hair and stains on the sheets. Temperature control was functional but the air felt humid. Noise levels fluctuated, likely from guests in nearby rooms. Although we enjoyed the breakfast, the seating area was cramped. The showerhead was broken, adding to the discomfort. While the staff were friendly upon check-in, their follow-up on complaints left much to be desired. The presence of bugs was alarming, making the overall experience quite unsettling. Improvements are necessary for a comfortable stay.

This hotel sits just a short drive from major attractions like Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, making it an ideal base for weekend explorers, and with several fantastic dining options such as a great sushi restaurant and Denny’s just across the street, it makes meal time a breeze; I especially enjoyed starting my mornings with a delicious and varied continental breakfast that included waffles and eggs in a peaceful eating area, but the hotel could upgrade its room decor for a more modern feel.

I chose La Quinta for its proximity to the Universal Orlando Resort, but the complimentary shuttle to Disney and Universal Studios exceeded my expectations. The free continental breakfast and assistance from the on-site Orlando concierge were also outstanding.

We arrived late and found no bedding for the pull-out sofa bed. The front desk was unhelpful and maintenance couldn't assist. We were offered a smaller room with a rate decrease. The breakfast waffles were a hit, but multiple waffle makers were monopolized. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

New Year's getaway was a blast! So close to Universal, plus yummy dining spots nearby. The super clean pool was a hit for a quick dip! Staff went above and beyond - I forgot my wallet, but they handled the FedEx delivery hiccup like champs! Challenges were there but didn't overshadow my fun! No elevators, so be prepared for stairs. Breakfast was hit or miss, with one sour apple incident. Sun poured in through those curtain gaps at night, but we MacGyvered a solution with a bedsheet. the cheery staff and nearness to Universal stole the show! .

stayed at la quinta inn for a few days and it was perfect for visiting all the nearby parks. universal was just a 5-minute car ride away, and there were plenty of dining options close to the hotel for late-night meals. the room was as expected from the pictures, and the bed was comfortable. the location was great, within walking distance to universal parks and outlet malls. the staff was exceptional, especially eryka from the front desk. they even offer a free shuttle to disney, leaving early enough to get there before it opens.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a fridge. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making our experience even better. The location was perfect, with easy access to the freeway and just a short drive away from Disney and Universal. We also loved that they allowed pets and provided a designated area for dog walking. The continental breakfast, although basic, was a nice touch. great value for the price!
Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible, the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel.
